One also consider that Mora is only 29 and Mosley is 39 and off the juice so age factor also plays a big role in here.
Predictions: Like I said earlier, Mosley is on the verge of the end of his career and he will be looking to win this fight after the hard fought defeat against Mayweather, But I cant see him winning against Mora who is fairly young compared to the Mosely and he can take the advantage of this. So Im predicting a easy win for the Mora.
